Founded by Corey Latham, Hidden Potential was built on a simple principle: treat every home and business as if it were our own. What started as a pressure washing company quickly grew into a larger vision—helping property owners restore, protect, and take pride in their investments.
The name "Hidden Potential" carries a special meaning. As a father of a son with autism, I've seen firsthand how often people focus on limitations instead of possibilities. My son has taught me that there is hidden potential in everyone and everything if you're willing to look for it. That same philosophy became the foundation of our company.
